Many of us are living in a near-constant state of stress- rushing from one thing to the next, feeling wired but exhausted, reactive, scattered or disconnected from ourselves.
You may notice anxiety, low energy, poor sleep, frequent illness, emotional overwhelm or a sense that your nervous system just won’t switch off.
Regulate & Restore is a 4-week guided breathwork series designed to help you slow down, feel safe in your body and gently shift out of survival mode and into deep rest and regulation.
You can come to one class or come to them all.
This is your weekly dose of calm and restoration.

Each class combines:
- Gentle, guided breathwork practices
- Nervous system education (so you understand what’s happening in your body)
- Grounding and embodiment techniques
- Space to slow down, rest and integrate
Across the four weeks, the practices build progressively, helping your body learn that it is safe to slow down- not just during class, but in everyday life.

Your breath is one of the most powerful and accessible tools you have to communicate safety to your nervous system.
When used intentionally, breathwork can help activate your parasympathetic nervous system, the part of you responsible for rest, repair, digestion, immune function and emotional regulation.
This series is not about forcing change or pushing through.
It’s about softening, listening and allowing your body to remember how to regulate itself.

- What if I can't attend the class/classes live?It's totally fine if you can't attend live. Everyone that joins will recieve a link to watch the replay.

- Can I get a refund?Due to the nature of the content being in class-form we are unable to give refunds but if you're unable to make the classes live, a recording will be sent to you.

2. All Sales Are Final:
All sales are final. Once your registration is complete, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including non-attendance or scheduling conflicts. If you are unable to attend live, a class recording will be emailed to you.
3. Participation & Personal Responsibility:
Breathwork is a powerful practice that can create physical, emotional and psychological responses. By choosing to participate, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after each session.
You agree to listen to your body, honour your limits and modify or stop any practice if you feel uncomfortable. Participation is always optional, and you are encouraged to rest at any time.
4. Contraindications & Suitability
These breathwork classes may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions. By enrolling in this series, you confirm that you do not currently have, and have not had in the past, any of the following contraindications unless you have received written clearance from a qualified medical professional:
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy or history of seizures
- Severe asthma or other serious respiratory conditions
- Cardiovascular disease, including heart conditions, high blood pressure or history of stroke
- Glaucoma or detached retina
- Recent surgery or significant physical injury
- Severe mental health conditions including (but not limited to) psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or unmanaged PTSD
- Hospitalisation for psychiatric conditions within the past 12 months
- Any condition where altered breathing patterns may pose a risk
If you are unsure whether breathwork is appropriate for you, it is your responsibility to consult with your healthcare provider prior to participating.
By booking these classes, you affirm and warrant that you do not have any of the above contraindications and that you are medically, physically and psychologically fit to participate.
5. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care
These classes are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental health condition. Breathwork is a complementary wellbeing practice and does not replace medical advice, therapy, medication or professional healthcare support.
6. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All class content, including but not limited to recordings, audio, written materials, techniques and teachings, remain the intellectual property of the facilitator.
You agree that you will not record, reproduce, sell, share, distribute or redistribute any materials provided during the series for personal or commercial use without prior written consent.
7. Recording & Media Consent
You acknowledge and agree that the breathwork classes may be recorded for educational, promotional or internal use.
By participating, you grant permission for your voice, image or likeness to be captured and used in recordings, photographs or videos, and to be shared or distributed as deemed appropriate by the facilitator. If you have concerns around visibility, you are encouraged to discuss this prior to the commencement of the series.
8. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
By participating in the Regulate & Restore Breathwork Series, you assume all risks associated with breathwork practices and release the facilitator, studio and associated parties from any liability for injury, loss or damages arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Agreement to Terms
