Your itinerary for the weekend:


       

  • CHECK IN FROM 3PM ON FRIDAY 20TH MARCH....


  • CLASS: Welcome Pilates Session (gentle grounding flow). A restorative session to help you arrive in your body and set intentions for the weekend ahead.


  • WELCOME GROUP DINNER: Enjoy a delicious meal with new friends.


  • FIRE & CACAO CEREMONY: Gather around the fire for a soul-centering cacao ceremony and intention setting under the stars.


  • BREAKFAST & CLASS: Morning Energising Pilates Session: Wake up and flow with a strengthening full-body session to start the day feeling vibrant.

  • EXCURSION: Visit to Torquay Farmers Market/Free time Stroll the local shops, sample fresh produce, and enjoy the relaxed coastal vibe.


  • LUNCH & FREE TIME: Enjoy a gorgeous lunch and relax at The Summer House: Take a swim, read by the pool, use the sauna, book a massage, or explore the local beaches.


  • CLASS: Afternoon Yoga Session (focus on mobility & stretch)


  • CELEBRATORY DINNER: Enjoy a group dinner together with some fun thrown in.

  • BREAKFAST & GUIDED BEACH WALK: Breathe in the ocean air with a mindful walk along the beautiful Torquay coastline.


  • CLASS: Closing Pilates Session (integration + gratitude focus) before we depart at 12pm on Sunday 22nd March.


Three days of classes and connections, nutritionist-prepared meals, rest and recharge... and yes, you will do Pilates each day!



About your host, Kate Boyle

I’ve been a Nutritionist and Pilates Instructor for more than 20 years and I love sharing my passion for health and movement with people all over the world. 

 

After teaching in Europe, I opened my own Pilates studio in Melbourne, Australia in 2009 and it’s been amazing to see the power of Pilates change people’s lives from their movement and wellbeing to the connections made at class and beyond. 


 Host of the Mind Movement Health podcast and retreat host; my purpose in life is empower as many people as I can to find their balance, joy and live their best lives. 


 I am super excited to teach your daily Pilates classes and be your host on this unforgettable weekend!


About your accommodation
We’ll stay at the Summer House Retreat in Torquay, 100km from Melbourne. The House is located near the beach in Jan Jac with a beautiful swimming pool, infared sauna and half an acre of landscaped gardens.

This light-filled hamptons-style house offers 4 twin-share bedrooms with king single beds and a light-filled kitchen and spacious living areas. 

 The house has a dedicated zen-filled studio for our Pilates and yoga sessions.

  • I have food intolerances/allergies - Can I still come?
    Yes! Please let us know and we can cater for you.
  • Are there private rooms?
    We have 2 private rooms off-site at our second accomodation 1km away. If you'd like a private room please reach out and I can arrange it for you. The cost would be $1200 (early bird) or $1350 after the early bird price ends on 30th August.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    You’ll reserve your spot with your full or part-payment today. If you cancel before 30th October you are able to recieve a 50% refund on the full fee. Any cancellations after October 30th are non-refundable.
  • Do I need to have done Pilates before to come along?
    No. We welcome beginners to advanced Pilates enthisiasts. I will tailor classes and give modifications and advanced options where needed.
  • Do I have to do all the activities?
    No. None of the activities are compulsory. All are optional.
  • Can I bring a friend?
    Yes, of course! Simply book twice today (or get your friend to book) and I will ensure you're sharing a room.
